Cez vlastn\u00e9 podnikanie a p\u00f4sobenie v medzin\u00e1rodn\u00fdch firm\u00e1ch sa postupne vypracoval a\u017e do energetiky, kde p\u00f4sob\u00ed u\u017e viac ako 17 rokov. Na obchode miluje slobodu, r\u00f4znorodos\u0165 a pr\u00e1cu s \u013eu\u010fmi. Ver\u00ed vo f\u00e9rovos\u0165, osobn\u00fd pr\u00edstup a schopnos\u0165 u\u010di\u0165 sa z ne\u00faspechu. Ako r\u00e1d hovor\u00ed, dobr\u00e9ho obchodn\u00edka si mus\u00ed z\u00e1kazn\u00edk zasl\u00fa\u017ei\u0165.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50);font-size:20px;line-height:1.4\"><strong><strong><strong>Ako ste sa dostali k salesu?<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60);line-height:1.6\">U\u017e po skon\u010den\u00ed V\u0160 a absolvovan\u00ed vojenskej slu\u017eby (vtedy e\u0161te povinnej) som v mojom prvom zamestnan\u00ed zistil, \u017ee vysed\u00e1vanie v kancel\u00e1rii ur\u010dite nie je to, \u010do chcem robi\u0165. Bavila ma pr\u00e1ca s \u013eu\u010fmi a osobn\u00fd kontakt s nimi. Za\u010d\u00ednal som doslova na ulici a spolu s kamar\u00e1tom si zalo\u017eili \u017eivnos\u0165 a sk\u00fa\u0161ali pred\u00e1va\u0165 \u010doko\u013evek, \u010do sme si mysleli, \u017ee by mohlo \u00eds\u0165 na odbyt. Bolo to tesne po revol\u00facii, tak\u017ee n\u00e1padov bolo ne\u00farekom. V za\u010diatkoch to boli hlavne potraviny, nesk\u00f4r textil. Z\u00edskan\u00e9 sk\u00fasenosti mi n\u00e1sledne pomohli vyhra\u0165 v\u00fdberov\u00e9 konanie na obchodn\u00e9ho z\u00e1stupcu v nadn\u00e1rodnej spolo\u010dnosti, ktor\u00e1 sa zaoberala predajom technick\u00fd, medicin\u00e1lnych a potravin\u00e1rskych plynov (4 r. Messer Tatragas a potom 11 rokov Air Products). Posledn\u00fdch 17 rokov som v energetike, kde m\u00e1m na starosti predaj komod\u00edt a s t\u00fdm spojen\u00fdch slu\u017eieb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50);font-size:20px;line-height:1.4\"><strong><strong>\u010co v\u00e1s na salese najviac bav\u00ed?<\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60);line-height:1.6\">Ako som u\u017e uviedol, je to pr\u00e1ca s \u013eu\u010fmi a r\u00f4znorodos\u0165 pr\u00e1ce, kde v podstate nem\u00e1te rovnak\u00e9 2 dni za sebou, lebo st\u00e1le sa vyn\u00e1raj\u00fa nov\u00e9 v\u00fdzvy. A najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ie pote\u0161enie? Samozrejme pre obchodn\u00edka je to podpis kontraktu, ale aj \u00faspe\u0161n\u00e9 realiz\u00e1cie projektov s t\u00fdm s\u00favisiacich a uznanie odberate\u013eov (z\u00e1kazn\u00edkov).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50);font-size:20px;line-height:1.4\"><strong>Pam\u00e4t\u00e1te si na svoj najvtipnej\u0161\u00ed moment v sales kari\u00e9re?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60);line-height:1.6\">T\u00fdch bolo samozrejme za t\u00fa dobu ve\u013ea, ale pobavil ma napr\u00edklad jeden p\u00e1n, ktor\u00fd mi raz volal, \u017ee pozorne po\u010d\u00faval m\u00f4j webin\u00e1r a \u017ee by chcel od n\u00e1s nak\u00fapi\u0165 elektrinu na bud\u00faci rok zajtra na obed, alebo niekedy v noci. Najprv som nech\u00e1pal a potom som sa za\u010dal stra\u0161ne smia\u0165, lebo ten webin\u00e1r bol o tom, \u017ee sa d\u00e1 nakupova\u0165 Elektrina (plyn) na nieko\u013eko rokov vopred za fixn\u00fa cenu, alebo to riskn\u00fa\u0165 na kr\u00e1tkodobom dennom trhu (tzv SPOT), kde pozn\u00e1te ceny len na nasleduj\u00faci de\u0148 a tie s\u00fa ka\u017ed\u00fa hodinu in\u00e9. Ukazoval som na grafe, \u017ee najni\u017e\u0161ie s\u00fa spravidla cez obed, ke\u010f svieti ve\u013ea slnka, alebo potom v noci, ke\u010f je n\u00edzka spotreba. P\u00e1nko si tieto dve veci spojil a vznikol tak\u00fdto ve\u013emi z\u00e1bavn\u00fd pr\u00edbeh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50);font-size:20px;line-height:1.4\"><strong>Ak\u00e9 n\u00e1stroje alebo technol\u00f3gie najviac pou\u017e\u00edvate vo svojej pr\u00e1ci?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60);line-height:1.6\">Najviac sa mi osved\u010dil osobn\u00fd kontakt. Ten na Slovensku funguje, aj ke\u010f v poslednej dobe to u\u017e \u010dasto k\u013a\u017ee len do \u201eexcelu\u201c, kde si porovn\u00e1vaj\u00fa vopred vybran\u00fd parameter (u n\u00e1s zv\u00e4\u010d\u0161a pr\u00edplatok k cene burzy) a neber\u00fa do \u00favahy \u010fal\u0161ie parametre ponuky, \u010di kvalitu dod\u00e1vate\u013ea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50);font-size:20px;line-height:1.4\"><strong><strong>Ako dlho pracujete v salese?<\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60);line-height:1.6\">Za\u010d\u00ednal som hne\u010f po zmene re\u017eimu, tak\u017ee je to u\u017e cca 35 rokov. Zmien je ve\u013emi ve\u013ea. N\u00e1kupcovia vo v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00edch firm\u00e1ch s\u00fa ove\u013ea viac vy\u0161kolen\u00ed, pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa r\u00f4zne porovn\u00e1vacie met\u00f3dy a vy\u017eaduj\u00fa od svojich dod\u00e1vate\u013eov komplexn\u00e9 slu\u017eby. Naopak men\u0161ie firmy sa st\u00e1le e\u0161te spoliehaj\u00fa na \u201epomoc od \u0161t\u00e1tu\u201c, ktor\u00fd by im mal zabezpe\u010di\u0165 \u201elacn\u00e9 energie\u201c a oni by sa o ni\u010d nemuseli stara\u0165.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50);font-size:20px;line-height:1.4\"><strong><strong>\u010co na salese milujete a \u010do naopak nem\u00f4\u017eete vyst\u00e1\u0165?<\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60);line-height:1.6\">\u010co milujem na obchode je \u201esloboda\u201c, takto by som to asi nazval. Obchodn\u00edk je (mal by by\u0165!) platen\u00fd od v\u00fdkonu a nie vysed\u00e1va\u0165 v kancel\u00e1rii, tak\u017ee si s\u00e1m pl\u00e1nuje svoj \u010das a to, kam a kedy p\u00f4jde. Ak je \u0161ikovn\u00fd a m\u00e1 aj tro\u0161ka \u0161\u0165astia (to sa zvy\u010dajne priklon\u00ed na stranu pripraven\u00fdch), tak stihne urobi\u0165 to \u010do treba za ove\u013ea krat\u0161\u00ed \u010das, ako jeho menej \u0161ikovn\u00ed kolegovia a nemus\u00ed preto vysed\u00e1va\u0165 dlh\u00e9 hodiny v kancel\u00e1rii, \u010di do ve\u010dera jazdi\u0165 za klientami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60);line-height:1.6\"><br>A \u010do najviac nezn\u00e1\u0161am je, ke\u010f sa dumpuje (podlieza) trh za cenu z\u00edskania v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ieho podielu, ale za m\u00ednusov\u00e9 mar\u017ee. Toto ned\u00e1va zmysel a za\u017eil som za svoju kari\u00e9ru u\u017e ve\u013ek\u00e9 mno\u017estvo bankrotov, \u010di ukon\u010denia \u010dinnosti tak\u00fdchto spolo\u010dnost\u00ed. Ostala po nich len \u201epachu\u0165\u201c a sm\u00fatok u t\u00fdch, \u010do im naleteli, lebo za podozrivo n\u00edzkou cenou, je v\u017edy nie\u010do skryt\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60);line-height:1.6\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50);font-size:20px;line-height:1.4\"><strong><strong><strong>Ak\u00e9 vlastnosti pod\u013ea v\u00e1s robia z \u010dloveka v\u00fdnimo\u010dn\u00e9ho obchodn\u00edka?<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60);line-height:1.6\">Vytrvalos\u0165, snaha u\u010di\u0165 sa nov\u00e9 veci, rozumie\u0165 tomu \u010do pred\u00e1va a vedie\u0165 sa prenies\u0165 cez ne\u00faspech, lebo tak ako v \u0161porte, tak aj v biznise vyhra\u0165 m\u00f4\u017ee len jeden<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50);font-size:20px;line-height:1.4\"><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>Ak\u00fd je v\u00e1\u0161 ob\u013e\u00faben\u00fd typ z\u00e1kazn\u00edka?<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60);line-height:1.6\">\u010co otvorene komunikuje, dr\u017e\u00ed slovo a z\u00e1merne nezav\u00e1dza, lebo je ve\u013ek\u00fd rozdiel medzi vyjedn\u00e1van\u00edm a medzi klaman\u00edm. Ako hovor\u00ed m\u00f4j kolega, tak dobr\u00e9ho obchodn\u00edka si mus\u00ed z\u00e1kazn\u00edk zasl\u00fa\u017ei\u0165.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50);font-size:20px;line-height:1.4\"><strong><strong><strong><strong>Ako zvl\u00e1date odmietnutie alebo n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 situ\u00e1cie?<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60);line-height:1.6\">S t\u00fdm sa mus\u00ed \u010dlovek nau\u010di\u0165 \u017ei\u0165 a pracova\u0165 na tom. Nebra\u0165 prehru tragicky, ale naopak pou\u010di\u0165 sa z nej a pok\u00fasi\u0165 sa to nabud\u00face to urobi\u0165 in\u00e1\u010d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50);font-size:20px;line-height:1.4\"><strong><strong><strong><strong>Ak\u00e9 je va\u0161e motto alebo rada pre nov\u00e1\u010dikov v salese?<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60);line-height:1.6\">Obchod (ten v ter\u00e9ne), je v podstate pr\u00e1ca s \u013eu\u010fmi a pozit\u00edvne nastavenie a vz\u0165ah k \u013eudom je z\u00e1kladn\u00e1 podmienka.
